My artwork explores the intangible emanations that emerge from a living being. These contemporary statues depict archetypes of people with various types of auras. The auras emanate from one body and connect to another. In some pieces, they take on the shape of another life form, such as an animal.
I work at my studio is called the Dirty LAM and is at 213 West 9th Street in Greenville, NC.
(pictured here) statue has been on publicly displayed for year long stints in Chapel Hill, NC; Charlottesville, VA (pictured here); Portsmouth, VA; and now infront of my studio in Greenville. It currently resides in downtown Knoxville, TN as part of the Dogwood Arts Festival
